Billet-Making Process:
Billets are used for a variety of purposes and procedures. Billets are formed into a variety of shapes and forms in order to make them practically functional. Our billet production method comprises both hot and cold working.
The Aluminum Extrusion technique involves molding aluminum into the required shape by heating and molding it. After attaching the extrusion equipment to the mold, the aluminum billet is forced through the equipment. We make billets in sizes ranging from 5″ to 7″.
